Working principle:
The generator uses softened purified water, configure it into dilute brine with conc. of 3-4%, and send it to the electrolyzer to generate 6000-8000ppm sodium hypochlorite solution for storage and dosing.
Concentration of dilute brine : 3%-4%, or use sea water directly;
Salt consumption: <=3.5Kg/KgCl (to produce 1Kg of effective chlorine);
Electricity consumption: <=4.0Kw/KgCl (to produce 1Kg of effective chlorine) ;
Concentration: Effective chlorine concentration of the preparation solution: 6000--9000ppm;
Current efficiency: >80%;
Electrode material: pure titanium material (cathode, anode, fastener)
Anode protective coating: precious metals such as ruthenium and iridium;
Cathode service life: 20 years (normal use);
Anode service life: 5 years;
Electrolyzer (tube) service life: more than 20 years;
