Equipment structure components:
Consist of several parts of equipment, raw chemical feeding system, metering system, chemical reaction system, gas stripping and control system.
The connecting pipes, wires and signal wires of the equipment in the skid have bee installed and multiple external interfaces are reserved for on-site installation.
The generator uses sodium chlorate complex solution (NaClO3 + C12H22O11) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as raw chemicals to produce chlorine dioxide (ClO2) through a chemical reaction. The gas ClO2 in the reaction solution is stripped out and blown into the combustion flue gas. The residual acidic waste liquid after gas stripping is discharged into the sewer.
Gas chlorine dioxide generator can be used for atmospheric treatment, such as flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment (DeSOx and DeNOx), so that the flue gas can meet the emission standards.
