The equipment consists of several parts of raw chemical transportation, metering, chemical reaction and control.
It uses sodium chlorate complex sollution (NaClO3 + C12H22O11) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as raw chemicals to produce chlorine dioxide (ClO2) through a chemical reaction. The gas phase ClO2 is dosed into the combustion flue gas pipe for oxidation or into oxidation tower by spraying oxidation. The residual acidic waste liquid is discharged into the sewer after being absorbed by alkali.
